Any girl who´s ever been to Italy, or met an italian, knows it is an instant confidence boost. Italians know how to make a girl feel better about herself. So we dropped by Bettola cocktail bar, to be served an uplifting summer fling. Manager and bartender Niclaes Norstad, bartender Caroline Sørensen Skaget and her friend Milena Grudzień did just that.
Aperol Spritz
6 cl Aperol
1 cl orange juice
4 cl Club Soda
4 cl Prosecco
Build the ingredients one at the time directly into a glass (with or without ice to your preference), top with prosecco.
Im not a whiskey sour
5 cl Cocchi Americano
3 cl lemon juice
1,5 cl simple syrup
1,5 cl egg white
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Mix the Cocchi Americano, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a shaker and shake well. Add some ice, shake a bit more and strain into a whisky glass with ice. Add 2 dashes of bitters.
Triac Fizz
5 cl Pineu Des Charentes
1 cl Cointreau
3 cl Lemon juice
1 cl vanilla syrup
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, stir and strain into a champagne flute.
