Jesper Høst

After almost 10 years in the industry, I've found myself behind the stick in everything from high volume nightclubs to restaurants and high end cocktail bars. My philosophy is to always exceed expectations, to create memorable moments and to treat every guest as a king, without being a queen about it. I've trained bartenders all over Norway, from Lofoten to Kristiansand, and my personal goal is to elevate the professionality and skill of the bartender community in Norway. Today I work as a project leader at Behind Bars.
