In Norway, Easter is synonym with orange, both the color and the fruit. We decided to get our c-vitamins through a liquid diet today. Check out these two fabulous cocktails and enjoy the start of Easter in a good way.
Stormy seas

4 cl Talisker 10 years
1 cl simple syrup
0,5 cl green Chartreuse
7 dashes Angostura Bitters
4 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
1 tbsp Fernet Branca
orange peel
Have all the ingredients, without Fernet, in a stirring glass with ice and orange peel. Stir to chill. Have the Fernet in an chilled Old fashioned glass and twirl to coat. Discard whats left. Strain the drink into the glass and serve with a big cube of ice and a twist of orange.
Mexifuma

3 cl Los Tres Tonos Reposado
2 cl port wine
1 cl Patron XL cafe
3 dashes chocolate bitters
3 dashes orange bitters
orange peel and maraschino cherry for decoration
Stir with ice, strain into a cold whisky glass with one large ice cube. Twist the orange peel over and decorate with the peel and cherry.
