Head of the bar at Nedre Foss Gård, Timothy Alun, uses rhubarb in his tribute-cocktail for the Norwegian Constitution Day.

How about a visit to the new restaurant Nedre Foss Gård? In the bar you will find Timothy in charge. He is one of the World class finalists, and will mix up whatever delicious drink you like. How about a lovely rhubarb cocktail? We are all over it! If you can’t make it there, you can make it everywhere. Recipe below the pic.



Rhubarb basil sling
30 ml Bombay Sapphire gin
10 ml cointreau
10 ml Herring Cherry
30 ml Rhubarb Shrub (sweetened rhubarb juice)
4 basil leaves
10 ml limejuice
soda water

Shake all the ingredients but the soda water with ice. Strain into a glass with ice, top with soda water and garnish with a stalk of rhubarb.
